An AI video send is counted each time Videoup generates a personalized video for a contact using voice cloning and lipsync. Recording videos, previewing your campaign, and sharing existing videos do not count toward your limit. Only the AI personalization step is metered.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to additional features and a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you reach your monthly AI video limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your limit to reset at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit so there are no surprises. Your existing videos and campaigns remain fully accessible regardless of your usage.
